STRENGTHENING FAMILY.
Rooted in COMMUNITY.

Little Roots was born from a conversation between two friends. As Angie was working her magic on Mbali’s crown, Mbali wondered out loud, “How can I ever do what you do on my daughters’ hair? Your hands are magical.”

Angie laughed and, in her true self, humbly said that many people can do the basics if they just learned the proper technique and knew more about types of hair and products.

So Little Roots was born. A community of caregivers who care deeply for their children and want the best for them and their hair care.

With Angie at the training helm and Mbali on the community expansion, Little Roots offers hair care workshops for caregivers, profiles healthy products and aims to raise awareness about healthy hair care for ethnic hair.
